LEATHER COACH FADES COLOUR, POOR QUALITY,

last year sept i bought 3 suite leather coach, only to find out the colour coate fades on the bottom of all the seats even around all edges, then i call them about the problem nd they came and fetch the suites , after 3 days they send me an email from the factory with the finding that i might have used some strong liquid to clean the coaches, i told them i never used any polish or cleaning product as the suites was still new, and i prefer a wet cloth just for wiping... then they told me that there is nothing they can do, what they did they just tried to fix the coat slightly for it not to show as much that it fades, and i told them i need my refund cause i feel being roped and cheated on my money with the POOR QUALITYMATERIAL.... I WANT TO TAKE THEM UP AND EXPOUSE THEM...
