UNISA profile still blocked after settling
My UNISA account was handed over to NICS, paid whole amount but I'm still blocked by UNISA to view my results or register. Called nics to ask where the issue is and the lady I spoke with said I must go to UNISA. Don't they send UNISA information that the account is settled so that they can unblock me. I want to finish my studies but I can't at this point
