CPA Debt write off

student number ***. My last payment to the account was in 2011-02-12 and as prescribed it must be written off as per CPA.I need a letter that reads that's the debt has been written off. I need this letter immediately as it is needed. Please help in this regard. i have been sent from pillar to post with no help at all, this is my last resort as i am desperate in this regard.
