Are you lying?

I just received a call from *** stating that they want to verify my information for Uif. She then wanted to update my address and email address. When I searched the number I saw that it was for NiCS. Now why would you firstly lie if you are from NiCS or if you are calling on behalf of Uif, why don't you say this???
