School fees refund

Good day My daughter was attending school at New Horizon Harrismith School until April 2021 but we payed her school fees until August 2021 so I wrote a withdrawal letter in May 2021 requested school fees for the other months that she won't be attending school. I have been calling every time and sending emails but no refund last week I called I was told that the money will be transferred by Friday last , than today I called again they're telling me stories that something whose responsible with the account is not around but they will try someone else to make the payment, I am sick and tired, I use my airtime to call them everytime but they keep on telling me stories.
