Unhappy loyal client

Good day I am extremely upset with services regarding New Harvest in George Central. Today I was humiliated infront of customers. I do my weekly shopping at the shop and this happened the second time where security asked me to open my bag because he suspected me of shoplifting. I have enough money to buy each week products from New Harvest. I am a loyal client of New Harvest and this was extremely humaliating infront of so many other customers. I was the only one the security aske to open my bag. I asked his name and he refused me his name. I also asked the employees of New Harvest for his name and they also refused to give his name to me. I then took a picture of him as proof. This is humiliating and as a *** person of pride he did the worst. New Harvest must take accountability because I called New Harvest and spoke to Claudia and she did not even help me. She was arrogant and ********. Telling me they have alot of complaints regarding this specific security going through bags yet she also refuse to give his name. She told me she cant help me with complaint.
