Shocking customer treatment

I had a very bad customer service experience at this business. I'm a pensioner of 79 years old and I was selecting nuts. I could not see which peanuts were unsalted and tasted one peanut.

A man came charging across the room and shouted at me in an aggressive manner that this is not allowed! He did not have the required uniform and name badge and refused to give his name when asked. I felt intimidated and the way they treated a senior citizen is unacceptable. Management was not very helpful when I reported this incident.
