Client Satisfaction Prioritized

I absolutely love their products & my most recent interaction with them has reinforced my patronage. I'd placed an order of a few items & when they'd arrived I discovered that a bottle of sanitizer hadn't been properly sealed & had leaked into the box. I then e-mailed them to inform them of my disappointment, but it was with the intention of letting them know that for future reference, the item should be packaged/stored differently for delivery. In less that an hour, I received communication from the co-founder to apologize for the situation & confirm details to have a new bottle sent to me. It was dealt with so promptly & professionally that I can believe that client satisfaction is a high priority for them.
