Bad service/no communication/lack of delivery
New Generation Contractors KZN - New Germany. This company does not communicate with the client, no text, no return of phone calls and we have been given false promises. I have been promised a job will be completed on X Y days, and to date I have received no communication or the awning that I have been charged R6000 for!. Its a pitty that they have received 90% of the monies due to them. This company seem to be conning people out of money.

10 Nov 2017, 13:58This supplier has advised he will be refunding part of our monies. I am not happy with this as we expected an awning. If a supplier/contractor cannot do a job, they should rather not quote, instead of lying and avoid a paying client.
