Poor Quality / Possible Defect – Hydraulics Shoes

We purchased a pair of shoes online from hydraulics.co.za⁠� last year, and only months later we noticed that the soles are completely different colours. One sole is bright white while the other has a yellow/cream colour, which makes the shoes look mismatched and defective. We contacted head office and also called the Hydraulics store for assistance, but unfortunately we received no help or proper feedback. This is very disappointing because the shoes were not cheap, and now they are difficult to wear due to the obvious colour difference. We are unhappy with both the product quality and the customer service received. We would appreciate Hydraulics taking responsibility for this issue and providing a fair solution.
