Hydraulics store

I bought a Karl sneaker on the 19 of June ,today it’s the 27 of August I only cleaned the shoe twice since I had it but the signs of Karl are already falling off.i have emailed them ,and they asked me how many times I have washed it,which product I used .I’ve sent an email back to them with the answers and pictures of the shoes and also the receipt.how can you spend almost 6k on a shoe that the letters fall off the shoe.i am really disappointed on hydraulics store .they even take time to reply their emails .its either i get a refund or have another shoe, because I really wasted my hard earned cash👎🏻
