DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM ANTOTY MORATO OUTLET IN MENLYN

I bought two T Shirts from Morato OUTLET in Menlyn on the 3rd Feb at 18:15 PM I wore each T once as I wear uniform during the week... My wife notice a small hole in the middle of the Print on the T Shirt... I contacted the store as I had barely had the T Shirt for a Month ... The STORE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE ,I was told that the reason its damaged its because it was washed with a WASHING MACHINE ... where on the side of the T shirts clearly states that it can be washed with a WASHING MACHINE ...I had to be the one following up almost weekly after I was told to bring it back and it will be liaison with the AREA MANAGER ... 3 WEEKS LATER OF NOT GETTING FEEDBACK FROM THE SAID AREA MANAGER ...I called ,only to be lucky and find the Said AREA MANAGER ... To her SURPRISE, SHE WASNT AWARE OF MY CASE which has been presented to the STORE MANAGER 3 WEEKS PRIOR ... this is very DISAPPOINTING behavior for such a BRAND... The AREA MANAGER TOLD ME she will FOLLOW UP WITH SOMEONE'S WHO'S IN CHARGE OF DAMAGE GOODS ,Mind YOU , I only wore the T Shirt once ... AFTER DOING FOLLOW UP FOR ALMOST 3/4 WEEKS an hour LATER I GET A CALL FROM THE AREA MANAGER THAT there's nothing they can do , I must come fetch the DAMAGED T SHIRT ... TO THIS DAY , THE T SHIRT IS STILL WITH THEM ... The STORE MANAGER IS *********** AND HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE ... AM WRITING THIS WITH A HEAVY HEART ... ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING ... this clearly shows that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT THERE ...
