New Feeling Clothing Company ****

I ordered a dress online at New Feeling, i sent an email ********** and asked if the item that i was is available for purchase or not and the person responded and said yes, they gave me price and i deposited the money. 2 days later haven't received my item, i email and ask whats happening i was then told that the dress i want is no available i must choose a different one. fine i did that and chose another one. i waited for 5 days still nothing, they send me an email saying the dress i chose is not available... how? they say they only know now that the dress is not there. i ask for refund since i gave them 2 chances to get me a dress they don't wanna refund, when i call them they answer nd put the fone aside they do this over and over again. been emailing them but no response, New Feeling is a ****. I'm really ****ed
