Im not happy my grandma died on saturday and new era came to take her boddy the pickt her by her hands and feet ons put her on the stretcher the did not cover her boddy nicely. Today 11/22/2021we wet there to do the arangements thy did not discus any thing with us they took geand ma and moms ids and made copys we had to ask what the amount is going to be.They are realy very un profecional and dont deserve to be a funeral house they have no respect for the diseased ore there familly.They are rude and unprofesional
