Sub-standard quality and bad customer service

The bed I bought on behalf of a client arrived on 17 December 2023. The bed was manufactured misaligned and couldn't be assembled on site. To date (8 February 2024), the bed is still in pieces!! New Edition made a half hearted attempt to contract someone to fix the bed, however, he arrived at the wrong address and since then, it's just been one excuse after the other and I am expected to deal with the sub-contractor directly. Bad experience, bad customer service, no follow-up and lately - no reply either!!
