Unprofessional internship interview!

A friend of mine had an interview at Discovery for the Maths/Stats Internship on 23 November 2017 at 8:45. She flew from DBN to come to JHB for the interview. We then paid R220 to uber to the building that was scheduled via email. This was at 27 Fredman Drive. When we get there at 8:30, the guard tells us everyone has relocated and we have to go to the new building. We then paid R25 to uber to the new building. When we get their they call the lady who arranged it (Celiwe). They made us sit for another 45min just to come and tell us that they did not book a room and we must go to another building and another lady (Shakira) will try and "accommodate us". No sense of professionalism and care that we had sat and waited so long with no communication. We had to then take a shuttle and go to the other building and wait another half an hour. Thereafter my friend has a 3 hours assessment. When she had spoken to them prior to the assessment they said its a simple interview and short assessment???? We were hungry and thirsty and no one even offered her a water. We ended up leaving Discovery at 2pm by taking another uber for R214! And have since had no communication regarding the assessment. She has emailed and gotten no feedback and after all the trouble, it was as if you had wasted her time and money for nothing. What an unprofessional company! 3 months later and still no responses!
