Bad exspiercnce

I would like to rate this bad exspiercnce as I booked on Saturday with new Dawn guest house in selbourne street Brakpan I spoke to John since Saturday I informed him to book the room I also asked him if there was a deposit needed he said no so I said okay please book the room so today I confirmed I will be coming and also told him around 8 or 9 o clock but then as my phone ran out of battery I used my husband phone and informed I will be there after 11 as for we had dinner and there was loadshedding so it delayed our food but then when we arrived after 23h00 it happened that they gave my room to somebody else I had to look for another place and stood in the rain and to add on it I was using bolt but I couldn't even get a driver as I kept requesting they will cancel so I had to sit with my husband on the street new Dawn guest house was the worst experience I would not recommend them
