Garden irrigation -poor service -very dissapointed

I would not recommend New Dawn Gardens to repair your existing irrigation or in fact lay down new irrigation at all. My experience was that initially they were fine and Ian kept his promises of when he was coming and what he was doing and communicated well. Then as the job went on he didn't keep to days or times and didn't aswer his phone or respond to messages. He complained the job was taking too long. He also only every worked on weekends for us (which was not ideal) and the whole irrigation that he did took over 2 months with not all of it being repaired. His team also damaged many plants, by standing on them or pulling them out with the soil to make holes for pipes and not conserving them to be replanted. They also did not place all the irrigation systems in the most beneficial places and used the incorrect heads in some parts. I also feel he overcharged us greatly in hindsight by our naivety of what an irrigation system entailed. In the end after waiting 2 months for the irrigation to be completed from first contact. And after much run around by Ian the owner of New Dawn Gardens, we resorted to hiring another irrigation business to come and finish New Dawn Gardens work.
