Does not take responsibility for their actions

<p>I was visiting at a residence on Wednesday till Thursday, and it was grass cutting time at the complex. The "gardeners" cut the grass and shot a rock up with the lawnmower, breaking the rear glass on my car. The "gardener" did not even report the matter to security and just went on with his grass cutting. I phoned the manager Ian and he said that they would not take responsibility as the car was not supposed to be parked next to the house on a Thursday when they cut grass.</p>
