Shocking garments

Dear Adela

I am writing to formally communicate my utter disappointment and disbelief in the shocking service received by New Cape Printing.

After the multiple messages, calls and stops at the shop you finally told me on 26 January that the 25 tops that were dropped in October last year were done and you will tell me when to collect.
After not hearing any further from you I came past the shop on Friday 3 February and picked up what was ready (after waiting 30 minutes for the shop to open after the opening time)

The state of the hoodies and printing were simply unacceptable. Several of the garments have:
- dirt marks all over them,
- random paint splashes and smudges on them,
- misprints
- melted stitching from your curing process
- and even holes burnt into the fabric.
This is particularly true of the white garments which were in an appalling state.
(see pics attached)
- in addition, the white hoodies are completely misprinted on the back since the design provided was not used and instead it appears the an attempt was made to use the screen of the mens hoodies - presumably to save on costs on your side - resulting in a complete misprint of the design.
The front is also not the design provided in my email (both attached below).

On finding these issues on collection of the tops I was requested by Thane to leave the very bad tops to be cleaned with your special machine.
I reluctantly did so knowing the extreme delays and lack of communication with recent service.
I returned last Friday to pick up the tops only to find them all bundled into a bag with the exact marks and issues still present. It appeared to me that no attempt was made to fix any of the issues on the shirts and they were just shoved in a bag and returned to me.
While you did request me to leave these again to have them seen to you personally. I was unwilling to do as I do not want to nor have the time to have to deal with your company any further.
