********** AND ******** DURING COVID-19

I contacted Mr Eugene Louw from New Beginnigs Group who was advertising via a community group whatsapp regarding the supply of Hand Sanitisers, Surface Sprays and packaged Wet Wipes as I needed to supply my client for the COVID-19 virus pandemic, I forwarded via email to him an image from another supplier (who I had ordered from but was sold out) of the products and bottle sizes and my requirements that the 3 items were to be supp**** packaged as a "kit" - I needed 4000 kits. He supp**** images of what he could supply packaged, We agreed on a price, he sent me a quote and commitment to meet my deadline of 2 days before lockdown, which I accepted, I paid eft R100 000.00 as a deposit into the company bank account for Mr Louw to proceed. In our e-mail correspondences, whatsapps and telephone conversations (when he was available as there was always some excuse why he couldn't talk to me on his cell) there was never any doubt from his side that the order would not be fulfilled in time for me to export cross border before lockdown. The only time I managed to contact Mr Louw was via contacting his Mother Debbie, Debbie would then contact him and then we would make contact normally via e-mail. I was informed on 24th March my deliver was on time for the 25th March but I had to pay the balance before delivery. The balance of R90 810.00 was paid eft to his company bank account 24th March. Goods were not ready as promised on the 25th March. I was contacted by his supplier on the 26th March that we could meet at a convenient place for me to collect the goods as I needed to get the goods to the cross border transporter because 00.00 that night was the start of the lockdown period. To my horror I received 8 boxes of 4000 50ml Hand Sanitisers only - The hand sanitisers were supposed to be 100ml. The supplier said that was what was ordered by Mr Louw, and off the supplier went. To no avail could I get hold of Mr Louw. The Friday 27th March via a call to his mother I then got hold of him on e-mail with all sorts of excuses (all correspondences via the various methods are available)Over the next few days and some harsh words I asked to be refunded the full amount as my order and payment was for 4000 kits consisting of the 3 specific items and sizes, he even offered to "throw in" 5 face masks and a pair of gloves into each kit for free (in his correspondence) Mr Louw has refused to refund my payment as he says I have his 4000 bottle of 50ml hand sanitisers ( he said we would collect and refund my payment in his correspondence) Mr Louw has also produced a falsified delivery note from his supplier with a signature (just my first name) on it, which is not mine as I did not sign for the 8 boxes, its not my handwriting and its plain to see its the same handwriting as the supplier signature He said the 50ml bottle is worth R50 each so if I sell them I can recover my money. I ask how is this possible as the 3 items together as a kit - 100ml hand sanitiser + 50ml surface spray + 10 wet wipes were sold to me at R46.00? I maintain it is not my duty to sell these 4000 50ml bottles at an overpriced R50 each as it is nothing to do with what I had originally ordered and paid for, I believe Mr Louw has de*****ed me and ****** my money.
