Worst online service ever

Worst service ever, I placed 2 separate orders on the NB ZA website on the 29th November. I received no confirmation email nor a cancellation email, now when I call to follow up on my DELIVERY I'm told that the order was cancelled as there was no stock in their website. How pathetic!!!!!!!While the website still shows that the sizes are available. HOW??????
