Very very BAD service and customer treatment.

We contacted the store in Four Ways and an assistant by the name of Sam confirmed the stock. He said he will keep it for us. Today when a friend went to fetch the item he said he can remember talking to us and that there is no stock. He wasted our time and petrol. I phoned him about the issue and while speaking to him he just put the phone down on me. I am sorry to say but that is some of the worst service that I have experienced.
