Very Uncomfortable 860 Fresh Foam Wide Running Shoe

I bought 860 Fresh Foam wide running shoe on 07 April 2022( right size with extra half inch for running and men design for extra wideness).The shoes is very uncomfortable, it pinches my last small toes very badly that I developed blisters that I never had in my entire history of using New Balance when I am running. I bought the shoe specifically running The Comrades Marathon. I have had 4 pairs of New Balance before that i didn't have issues with but this one has really disappointed me. I sent an email to New Balance yesterday and they immediately responded to me with a ticket number 514887 and later responded with details below. Hi Queen

Defective to me means imperfect or faulty and the shoe is imperfect to my legs as it causes discomforts. What am I going to do with a shoe that I bought for R2600.00 and I cant use it two months later whereas they are able to exchange for other customers are able to change on a more or less similar problem of discomfort.
