VERY FRUSTRATED LONG TIME CUSTOMER

Usually I'm not one to complain - and bear in mind I've been a regular New Balance Customer for few years and never had a problem before... THAT SAID.

TWICE I have ordered a GREY pair of shoes online and TWICE I have been sent a BLACK PAIR! There is clearly something wrong with their website image OR stock OR packers...

While I appreciate I will be refunded for the cost of the shoes I am now out of pocket on DELIVERY COSTS!!! While it may not be a lot of money in the long run - it's the principle of the matter!

I would appreciate contact from a Customer Care Representative ASAP and not just an automated request to submit yet another REFUND ticket.
