Terrible service from New Balance online store

I ordered two pairs of New Balance shoes with an expected delivery date of 10 days, which I was ok with. The shoes arrived on the 2nd day, which was great speed. The downside is that they delivered the wrong size (US 6 instead of UK 6) and the item delivered looks like a used pair that was returned to store. It was badly faded and had terrible marks on it.

Tried finding a phone number on the New Balance web site to no avail, so logged a ticket yesterday. Still waiting for confirmation of my ticket from New Balance. This is really shocking service by such a big brand name.
