Shoes

Bought a pair of New Balance shoes in Nov 2020.....R2400....wore them for 3 months and got holes in the material. I took them back to the store in Canal Walk with proof of payment.....the manager of the store was contacted....my shoes will not be exchanged, because I did not have the box anymore!!!!
