Poor Service from New Balance.

New Balance South Africa and New Balance International have zero customer service. I ordered my sneakers on the 30th November 2023, and paid for them but even today they have not arrived. I have never seen such an international brand being so ***********.

I have been writing them emails but they are not responding. When I call them they keep saying my order has been escalated to the relevant department yet even them are unable to contact that said relevant department.

I have never subjected to such poor service before.

I swear to never buy anything from them ever again. I also wouldn't advise close friends and colleagues to buy from this poor brand. Horrible experience I have had.
