Poor service

I have a broad foot and therefore I buy New Balance shoes for walking at races and training. I have always been very happy with their shoes. I am a loyal customer.

However I will no longer support them. My previous pair gave me less than 400km and the soles were shot. It was a cheaper pair, onsale R 1 300.00.

I then made an investment, or so I thought, in a pair of fresh foam 880. Paid around R 2 800. I now have the left heel collapse. I bought them in January, it has been a slow 6 months, due to a busy schedule, I only did around 300km with them, as I was rotating with a pair of the Roav that I still had.

Was told now that the km on the shoe has no bearing on life span. Shoes last 6 months. So for the guys that do 300km plus, per month, remember that one.

You have lost me as a client, yes I do not give you millions of rands but being involved in the sport on a more than just a walker level, it is a big loss for you
