Poor service delivery and disrespect

I'm very much disappointed and agitated about the way I've been treated by your company It's Wednesday today and have still not received my wife's sneakers I just called your office again and have been told that they couldn't find my order, coz they are under the assumption that it is with the courier When I asked which is it, he said probably Dawn Wing couriers He checked on the couriers tracking system, but he couldn't find it This is very lousy and disrespectful treatment, from a brand I thought was so much reputable May I request that you cancel this order and refund my money in full
