Poor service

I order size 4.5 sneakers online on the 8 of July 2021 and the delivered size 4. To date the sneakers have not been collected and no refund has been processed. On Friday 16th July I ordered a different pair it was grey in colour size 5. Today I got the sneakers and the delivered a maroon colour even worse it is a size 8. I am very disgusted with the appalling service from new balance. I am huge fan of new balance and would like t o purchase more products but at this moment I don't think I will ever recommend them to any one. They are too quick to debit the amount and fail to deliver. I am now stuck with 2 different orders from them which are incorrect. There is not even a number to contact them. Poor staff!!! Poor communication and poor delivery service!!!!
