Poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service, I placed an order on the 06th Oct. My order was cancelled after 12 working days, nobody notified me of the cancellation. No refund has been processed yet, they are now requesting for a pdf bank statement in order to refund me. Seems to me like it's a delay tactic! Almost a month later, no item, no refund, no phone call!
