Pathetic Service by New Balance Online Store

Pathetic Service. Advertising discount on product which they can not full fill. I placed order and paid for a pair of shoes on 29 November 2019 (Black Friday). They sent me email today stating "We apologize that we are not able to fill your order placed on 28 November". Why are you advertising product on your website on the first place? While i have started receiving other orders from other brands they are notifying me of cancellation. What a pathetic excuse. Terrible customer support. Thoroughly disappointed.
