Pathetic service and delivery

Pathetic service and delivery from New Balance, I had two orders placed at new balance one item was delivered the outstanding items were never received when i asked for assistance via email they ignored me for day. They are quick to take you money not so quick to return it after they have taken it and advertised stock they dont have. Stick to real brands people i never had issues before with adiddas and nike
