Pathetic Service!!!

Once again I am disappointed by the service from the NEW BALANCE online store. I purchased a pair of sneakers online that were not delivered within the 3 - 5 working days period. When following up i was informed that the package was "lost" and that they would be refunding my money. I asked if they could please rather send a new pair of sneakers and was then informed that there was no longer stock. They DONT care that i am frustrated and angry about the service or that this means my brother did not get his birthday gift! The same thing happened last year when i ordered and paid for a specific sneaker online i was told that there was no stock and i had to choose something else. This was the last time that I will support them!! Totally disgusted!!
