Pathetic after sales service!

New Balance returns process is completely useless and sadly so is their customer service!

Every single time, without fail, after I log a return I am promised (in writing) that the item will be collected within 2 - 3 days and yet it remains with me for up to 10 business days (or longer on occasion) until I escalate the issue several times. Not once has New Balance stuck to their word, nor do they follow up or respond when you query what is going on - whether by email or telephone. It is pathetic and not worth the trouble at all!

I have never had a single return that has been collected within a week, let alone their quoted "2 -3 days" after following their process when logging a return.
