Not the same shoes! Quality is Over!

After Many Years of purchasing New Balance running shoe, for a Small fortune over years, I’m afraid my Love for this shoe is over! My previous pair lasted 7 months, I took them back they started getting holes, I have never ever experienced this ever with their shoe or any other shoe, I had my box and receipt and they refused to acknowledge that this was a manufacturing issue. I swore never to buy them again, but I have loved my previous 6 pairs so much I have them scattered around the world so that when I travel I still get to use them, they. Are all still perfect shoes! However I swam back to allkatraz and purchased a new pair, I have been in the UK for 4 months since I purchased them and they were bought in June of last year, I put them on after their first one and only cold wash to discover they have shrunk! I actually can’t face putting them In the box to fight the fight, but I’m sad to say based on my last experience our relationship is well and truly over!
