No service

I bought tekkies in November last year after a struggle to return it, they send me the wrong tracking number for collection. After mailing them again to inform that the tracking number is for another client, they rep**** with the correct one after 3 days. I informed them that the pick up address they using is for the office and it’s closed. They still send the courier company and didn’t get the shoes. After numerous mails, I still have no response and have shoes for 3 months that does fit. Hope this can be sorted ASAP
