No refund payout almost two months after return

I submitted a return during early September. New Balance up until now have still not refunded me for this. I have been in touch with Jesse at customer services but despite promise that the refund has been processed and would be processed within 3 working days, almost 2 weeks later I still do not have my refund. Such bad customer service from them.
