No customer service at New Balance

Me I don’t understand why New Balance doesn’t have customer service, it’s like once you have paid your Order, they are done with you, they use the useless Dawn Wing, the call centre is rude and they hang up call, my delivery was supposed to be on the 4th March, apparently it was left on the floor, today I’m told they couldn’t deliver because of the strike and the courier didn’t even bother call. If they had delivered on time then the strike was not going to be an issue. I also know that I just wasted my time complaining
