New Balance Woodmead Outlet - worst service ever!

A couple of weeks ago I visited the New Balance outlet in Woodmead. I met a sales guy there who convinced me to buy a shoe. Now, I have never run in a New Balance shoe before, this would have been my first experience. He went on to say, “if the shoe doesn’t work, you have 30 days to return it”.

I bought the shoe on the 22/24 of March, to date, I have run in it 3 times because I am not enjoying it. The guy even convinced me to say “don’t worry about the size, the shoe should work, you shouldn’t wear you perfect fit anyway”. I’ve always won 0.5 size bigger for running anyway so I was like, why not go 1 up, it can’t be that bad.

I just don’t enjoy the shoe, it was hurting me instead. So today I decided to return it. The ride ladies there refused to take it and exchange it. I wasn’t asking for my money back, I was asking for an exchange ! I eventually left the shoe there and the damn receipt, they can keep it and give it to their cousins if they want it. One thing I know is I will never buy New Balance again. 🤟🏾
