NEW Balance terrible service

I bought 4 pairs of shoes. 2 identical ones were defective within 30 days. I asked for switch to other styles. They dis not have sizes in 2 options. Refused to refund Then said they can get it from another shop but not able to commit to when it can be exchanged. FREQUENT CUSTOMER WITH POOR SERVICE

Poor service and attitude
