New Balance terrible customer service

Hi.

I placed an online order with the New Balance store On the 16th of May 2020.

I instantly recieved the confirmation email.

However, since then, I have followed up three times via mail, attempted to contact the customer care centre, to no avail.

I have no idea where in the process my order / delivery is, and they are non responsive.
