New Balance takes your money then ignores you!!!

I ordered two pares of sneakers from www.nwebalance.co.za. Their delivery terms say: "Our Express delivery is only available within main centres and takes 2 working days. Our Standard delivery is available nationwide and takes 3 to 5 working days." I have submitted endless amounts of tickets to no avail. Their telephone lines just rings. But they are keen to take your money.
