New Balance sports wear - Pathetic online services

Good Day

I order two items via their website during their sale. Three weeks later and no delivery. After I message them, i am been told sorry they dont have the size of shirt i order. The website should have indicated it was sold out yet they take the payment and no reply. No one then replies to my emails and their call centre number doesnt work. Not worth the one star. This shirt was meant to be a present so im very angry with them. Them not refunding me as also *****.
