New balance, ridiculous service

This company really upset me!!!! I ordered something from them online, it was meant to take 24-48hrs for delivery Firstly, I received no tracking number(BUT I PAID INFULL) Secondly, when it was 48hrs I called to ask about my order, they couldnt find a tracking number, they were meant to get back to me, but didnt Kept calling them, to find out the product I ordered and PAID FOR is not available, YET its on their website and I paid for it I now have to wait 7-10 working days for my money back, why??? This is not my fault, why should I have to wait to get my money back I will honestly never order something from them again, and wouldnt refer anyone to their online store either. If they had made sure I received my money back as soon as they noticed that they made an error then I would consider them, but they just making me wait!!
