New Balance refuses my refund

New Balance refuses my refund, this is utterly frustrating. After waiting months after submitting for a refund for a faulty shoe, i simply get an email from an Aqeelah Erasmus saying that I am not getting the refund, there is no phone number to contact them. This is very very poor customer service.
