New Balance Qatar Alshaya delivering the worst customer experience ever.

New Balance Qatar - the absolute worst customer experience I have ever received. I placed my order for two pairs of shoes and paid in full, 2 days later I received only one pair of shoes. Since then I’ve mailed NB QATAR 3 times and messaged them on their “live chat” on the website about 15 times. It’s now been three days since and still no reply?? Extremely disappointed.
