New Balance Online - the worst ever!!!!

Extremely poor customer service form New Balance SA online. I will never in future make any purchases from New Balance online, shocking!!!! I placed an order of 2 pairs of running shoes and despite having done a single transaction. Nobody notified me that only one pair will be delivered and there is nobody to call if you have any queries. Everything is done online with no promise of a turn-around time for your query so you as a customer is left in the dark. It seems that this company does not even respond to any of the queries & complaints on HelloPeter either. A word of warning: DO NOT EVER purchase anything from New Balance online, there is a 99% chance that you will have issues.
