New Balance Online customer service is the worst

I bought shoes on the 3rd of October, I'm also being told that they're doing stock taking, I'm extremely frustrated and I just thought I'd leave a review for someone actually considering buying some shoes on their online store. I'm still waiting for my package it's the 13th today. By the way, they have no contact number for you to reach out to, so you can forget about calling them.
